Qahwah House- Sterling Heights

Favorite location for my friends and family. We’ve been coming since the first day they opened and service is always top notch. Sometimes they screw up on their definition of “normal” or “regular” milk and sugar but other than that, it’s an amazing hangout spot for big groups too.

if I can give this place zero stars I would today I encountered horrible customer service. Not even a hello, not even a thank you.... The girl behind the counter was dry, no expression whatsoever. Also, I would like to mention the bathroom was very unsanitary so was there dining area no napkins, and any of the disposable trays. This place seems to be lacking in customer service and cleanliness. I sure can tell you I would never come back and visit this place ever again.

My husband and I absolutely love Qahwah House! It has quickly become our favorite spot for coffee and specialty drinks. Every drink we’ve tried has been amazing—consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and the perfect place to relax, catch up, or simply enjoy a great cup of coffee. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. A special shoutout to Anmar, who is hands down the best cashier! He is always kind, professional, and goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. His excellent customer service keeps us coming back. If you’re looking for delicious drinks, a great atmosphere, and outstanding service, Qahwah House is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

I asked the person who work there to get one piece of cake for to go and he out in in the box inside the bag and once i get home i found out he put a HALF of the cake and sold it for me for almost $ 8.00 . And here's the picture down below. everything i said i SWEAR was true. This is really horrible. I Will never go there again.

Today was our first visit, and we'll definitely be back soon. Cute place with great food. Everything I have tried was good, from tea coffee to bakery and sweets. I really love this place. The servers are courteous & friendly plus the prices are very affordable! Will definitely try other sweets next time though!
